Going Green…in an effort to reduce paper-work and keep Brookside PTA information safe and easily transferable from year to year, we have created a website to store all of our information. If you are a chairperson for any PTA event, please upload any documentation you distribute or maintain to run your event. If we maintain the website, the new chairperson of an event will not have to recreate all documents or flyers. Please follow the directions below to upload your information.

To upload your information:

1. Go to www.eboard.com

2. Enter name of eboard on left hand side = brookside

3. Enter password for read mode = bps

4. Select post/edit mode in upper right hand corner

5. Enter password for post/edit mode = pta

6. Look for your event and click on tab name

7. Click edit note

8. Scroll down and under the attachments section you can add your document

9. Hit browse and search for the file on your computer

10. Once you select your file, hit open

11. In the caption section, write what the purpose of the file is (i.e. book fair schedule, bike rodeo signup form

12. Click save and you are done

13. You can add as many attachments as you like, just do them one at a time
