Career Partnerships formally the Cooperative Business Education (CBE) is a related training course in the study of all aspects of business that meets one period a day. Students are released from school to report to work at approved training stations. Students are placed in a variety of business related jobs: physician and law offices, accounting offices, department stores, speciality stores, advertising agencies, banks, and service-related industries. A minimum of fifteen hours must be spent on the job each week. Students are paid at least the minimum wage.
Students desiring to enroll also must secure parental permission, pass an interview with the teacher/coordinator, and observe the prescribed rules of conduct and dress.
