| Paragraph 1: Summarize your service learning project. |
| Paragraph 2: Explain the community need that your activity help fulfill. Tell what you did to help meet that need. |
| Paragraph 3: Service learning means using and/or learning "school skills" when you do a service activity. Explain the skills you used in planning and/or carrying out your service activity. Do that for at least two areas study within math or science. |
| Paragraph 4: Explain what you learned from your project. Consider some of the following questions in your answer: Do you feel that you accomplished something by doing your activity? Do you feel good about having benefited the community? |
| Paragraph 5: Do you think this involvement with service learning will make you look at things at all differently in the future? Do you think you will be involved in doing service in the future, even after you graduate? Do you think you have learned anything useful by doing this activity? |
