CONquest - Service
What you are to do:

1. Choose one or several service opportunities during the school year. A list of local community groups looking for help is available on our web site. Additionally, service opportunities will be announced in school and shared with your teacher as they arise. Feel free use one of these organizations/opportunities or others of your choosing.


2. Participate in a service project chosen from the aforementioned list or another community service organization of your choice (church, scouting, etc.)


3. Completion and submission of Service Record Form (must have signature of an organization representative). There are no minimum or maximum required hours for service. Your project will be judged on the quality of service and adherence to directions.


4. A one page, typed reflection on the service activity, including:

    a. How you became involved in the activity
      b. What you actually did.
        c. How what you accomplished helped you and others in the community.
