Student of the Month

    The student of the month is an award given to one student(s) in each of the five CAP's groups.  These awards are based on high merit in academics as well as behavior. Students must be in good standing with homework, attendance,  total points and effort.  Students will be able to redeem their reward by selecting any sandwich and soda for lunch; free of charge.

SPORTS

   The CAP/CAMP staff would like to wish students luck starting in their spring sports.   Many CAP/CAMP students are preparing for the upcoming country and state tournaments  in baseball, track, and lacrosse.  Good luck to our student/athletes. 

NEWSPAPER

       Many students from the CAP program are involved in this year's newspaper "CAPtions". The release of CAPtions was a success.  Newspaper supervisor Brian Chapman states,  "The students get to show off their creativity as well as their writing skills that they develop here at CAP/CAMP. They did a wonderful job."   The CAPtions next addition is scheduled for a June release.

  Career Exploration

    Mr. Quinn’s Career Exploration program applied their industrial arts knowledge to restore the Lincoln School weight room. Student refurbished the weights and  machines. Mr. Quinn also replaces pads on benches and reinforced the structure on various pieces of equipment. The weight room was also repainted blue and gold. Good job Mr. Quinn! The weight room has never looked better.
