The Playground Has Been Torn Down!

On Wednesday, April 23, 2008, the OAS playground was torn down.  Most people probably have seen it, but if you haven't, now you know.  The playground area will not be just a pile of dirt forever, though. This same thing has happened at other schools, and they got new and improved playgrounds.  One of the most likely reasons they tore the playground down was because it was breaking.  The wooden play area had been home to several bees’ nests over the years, and the plastic play area had several of holes in it. The replacement playground will be similar to the new ones at other Cranford schools.
