KINDERGARTEN

In the classroom, as our study of the alphabet comes to an end, we will begin studying word families. We also will be reading more great books and learning about maps and globes, living and non-living things, and will be introduced to the concept of addition and subtraction.

The Kindergarten classes will be writing acrostic poems to celebrate our school-wide theme of "Save the Planet". We also look forward to planting seeds in the garden. We also anticipate "Stepping Up" in June. We will sing some songs and recite poems as we will bid farewell to Kindergarten.
