Superintendent Dr Rubin's Message 10/11/23

Dear Cranford School Community,

I want to take a moment to address the ongoing situation in the Middle East, recognizing that it has been a topic of concern and conversation for many in our school district community. While our primary focus remains on the education and well-being of our students, it is also essential that we acknowledge the world events that impact our students, families, and staff.

The recent events in the Middle East have brought suffering and uncertainty to countless families, and we understand that members of our school community may be directly or indirectly affected by this situation.   If you or your family are in need of support, please do not hesitate to reach out to our school counselors, social workers, or other support staff. They are here to listen, provide guidance, and connect you with appropriate resources.

As we move forward, let us remember that our strength lies in our unity and our commitment to supporting one another. Together, we can navigate through challenging times and continue to provide a safe and nurturing educational environment for our students.

Thank you for being part of the Cranford Public Schools community, and please know that we are here to support you during these difficult times.

To further assist our parents and guardians, we have compiled a list of resources that may aid in addressing violence and conflict-related discussions with your children:

Sincerely,

Scott Rubin
