FOR SCHOLARSHIPS:

STEP 1: PARENT MUST COMPLETE THE CONSENT TO SEND TRANSCRIPTS

Please allow 10 school days for the CHS School Counseling Office to process all transcripts.

Plan ahead and watch deadlines!

STEP 2:
