CLASS OF 2026 COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIPS

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 2026

Please be sure to send applications to the community organizations using your personal email address.

Scholarship materials (transcript/letter of rec) will be automatically sent after your application is received by the community organization
A common application as a Google Docs or PDF must be completed for each scholarship
Email the application directly to the email associated with the community organization.

*If you have previously completed the consent form and we have sent a transcript to colleges on your behalf already, you do not need to complete the Parent/Guardian consent to send transcripts form again.

FOR SCHOLARSHIPS:

STEP 1: PARENT MUST COMPLETE THE CONSENT TO SEND TRANSCRIPTS

Please allow 10 school days for the CHS School Counseling Office to process all transcripts.

Plan ahead and watch deadlines!

STEP 2:

Fill out this CHS SCHOLARSHIPS MATERIALS REQUEST FORM. This must be done 10 school days prior to the application deadline.
